I ordered two water bottle holders for my piggies. Initially, I had an issue with one of the thumbnut screws provided so couldn’t use one of the holders. However, I contacted Buttercup Pet Products and they got back to straight away and sent out replacement thumbnuts. The bottle holders are great and work a treat. Great customer service. I would definitely buy from Buttercup again.

Why have I struggled for years with water bottles for my guinea pigs? Your bottles and holders are so easy to fit and use.The large size is ideal for two guinea pigs. Amazing 🤩

The holder fits firmly to the cage bars and keeps the water bottle upright. My guinea pig has no trouble using her water bottle.
