Delivery & Returns
UK delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 working days.
- Standard delivery: £4.50
- Express delivery: £6.50
- Free UK delivery: available on orders of £29.99 or more.
The delivery options and prices shown at checkout are the final rates for your order.
International delivery
International shipping is available to selected destinations. The available service and price are shown at checkout. Import taxes, customs charges or duties may be payable by the recipient where applicable.
Tracking and delivery questions
If tracking is available for your order, the tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched. If you have a delivery problem, contact us at hello@buttercuppetproducts.co.uk with your order number.
Returns
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned products should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item. This returns information does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@buttercuppetproducts.co.uk. Include your order number and clear photographs where relevant so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and checked, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
