Like all human accessories, pet accessories are subject to wear and tear and it is the responsibility of the owner to keep an eye on the condition to make sure it is safe for their pet to use. If any product is showing signs of wear or tear it should not be used with the pet as intended. Buttercup Pet Products accessories are suitable for most small pets and for every day use, however if our products are abused in anyway, we cannot accept responsibility of product faliure.

We will not refund or replace accessories that have been misused or damaged by the pet or owner. 

We recommend hand washing all our accessories, with cool water.
