At Buttercup Pet Products, we provide free shipping on all of our products (unless stated otherwise). Our shipping times from the point of sale are 2-4 days via Royal Mail. If for whatever reason we are not able to process the item you have ordered in the specified time above, you will be contacted via your provided email.

Sometimes there may be a delay with your order. If this is the case you shall be contacted and made aware of the delay.
