What changed for 2026?
The biggest change is simplicity. The rack arrives ready to use and the same product can be fitted to a suitable cage or mounted against a suitable wall. There are no separate cage-mounted and wall-mounted versions to choose between.
- One-piece construction — the rack is 3D printed as a single unit.
- One rack, two setup options — use it with suitable cage bars or a suitable wall.
- Three zip ties included — no separate mounting variant is required.
- 20 × 11 × 11 cm — compact enough for everyday small-pet setups.
- Approximately 2 litres of hay capacity.
- Made in Sheffield from PLA and available in Buttercup colours.
Designed to keep hay easier to manage
Hay will always be part of life with guinea pigs and rabbits, but a dedicated feeder helps keep a useful supply in one place rather than relying entirely on loose piles around the enclosure.
The deep openings are designed to make hay easy to reach while the open top makes refilling straightforward. Because the rack is one solid printed piece, there are fewer separate parts to assemble or work loose over time.
Works with cage and C&C-style setups
For suitable barred cages and C&C-style grids, the rack can be positioned where it is easy to refill without taking over the whole enclosure. If you are building a C&C setup, you can also browse our dedicated C&C cage accessories.
For wall-mounted setups, always fit the rack to an appropriate surface and follow the installation guidance supplied with the product.
Complete the setup
The hay rack is designed to coordinate with our no-wire guinea pig & rabbit water bottle holders, so you can match colours across the main feeding and drinking areas of the enclosure.
You can also browse all guinea pig accessories or rabbit accessories.
Made in Britain
Buttercup’s 3D-printed accessories are designed and manufactured in Sheffield. Producing them in-house lets us make design improvements without waiting for new moulds or large production runs.
