Wall mounted bottle holders are not suitable for Glass, Plastic, Perspex and Metal. Self adhesive bottle holders are not suitable for surfaces such as wood, stone, brick, plasterboard and in general, porous surfaces.

Scan the QR code on the packing slip in your parcel for installation instructions. To care for your holder, simply wipe clean with your usual small pet disinfectant. Avoid exposing the product to high temperatures (above 40°C) or direct sunlight, as this may affect its durability and performance.

A: Super easy! Every order includes a packing slip with a scannable QR code linking directly to our handy installation guides, packed with helpful tips to guide you every step of the way.

Q: Is this holder safe for my pets to chew?

A: If you notice your pet actively chewing the holder, please discourage them immediately. However, if they have an occasional nibble, don't worry—the plastic we use is food-safe and non-toxic.

Q: Can I clean the holder easily?

A: Absolutely! Just use a damp, soapy cloth and wipe clean. Please avoid placing it in high-heat environments, like dishwashers, to keep your holder looking its best.

Q: Is this holder suitable for outdoor use?

A: Yes, our holders are suitable for outdoor use! However, to prolong their lifespan, we recommend avoiding extremely cold (freezing) or high-heat conditions.

These water bottle holders really are excellent. I've been so pleased with an initial order I'm back for more.
So simple to install on the c&c cages.
Works brilliantly, easy to keep clean and look attractive, particularly matched with my recent purchase of coordinating hay racks.
(I'd like to add that customer service has been great when I realised the thumbnuts parts were missing I got a quick friendly, and apologetic, reply and the missing parts posted out to me. Thank you.)

Brilliant products

The bottle holders are brilliant, I have 5 of the cage mounted ones and would never go back to using the bendy wire hooks that come with pet shop bought water bottles, super easy to install and the bottles stay put

amazing bottle holder

I was finding the wire bottle holder really hard to use but found the buttercup water bottle holder a game changer. No more fiddling and thumb hurting trying to fix the wire. I simply take out the bottle refill it and put it back in. Simple effective and time saving. Highly recommend this product.

Amazing

Just received my cage mounted bottle holder , I’d been debating for a while about getting one . And I’m so glad I did , it’s so easy to fit and works perfectly on a c n c cage at what ever heights suits and so easy remove to refill. Would definitely recommend. I’m going to order the camera bracket now , I’ve got a Tapo camera but kept falling and couldn’t put in a position best suited to see my piggies . Which I know this one can .a genius idea !!!!!! something so simple but so brilliant . I’m wondering what they can come up with next 😀

Great products guinea pig!

I love how easy the water bottle holders are to use. The hay racks take a bit more to set up but once they're attached, they're great. I love all the different colours as well.

I love these! I recently changed my cage to fully clear grids instead of bars and these work perfectly with double sided tape. They are stuck on well and are aesthetically pleasing! Would definitely recommend
